1.4 What if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If you have received a damaged or defective item, you can return it according to our return policy.
Return Policy: By completely filling in return slip on the back of the receipt, you can return your purchase with the original delivery package and receipt (and accessories if there are any) for free with Aras Kargo within 7 days you will be informed about the refund process by our Customer Care Services.

By completely filling in the return slip on the back of the receipt, you can return your unworn purchase with the original delivery packaging and receipt (and accessories if there are any). When we receive the item, we will resend the chosen item if it is available in our stock. If it is not available, we will refund you the amount of your purchase

You can check the availability of the item(s) you are interested on the relevant page, under the category of ‘’Choose Size’’.
1.8 What is ‘’Basket’’, how can I use it?
The ‘’Basket’’ is a display on the right side of the homepage that you will use while shopping. You can do the following:
*You can add items to your basket by clicking ‘’ADD TO BASKET’’.
*You can use your coupons codes for the items in the basket.
*You can determine the number of items you have selected.
*While shopping, if you’d like to remove any item that you have added to your basket, click ‘’x’’ on the right side and remove it from your basket.
*You can see the shipping fee below your basket.
1.9 How long can I keep my items in the basket?
You can keep the selected items in your basket until they are out of stock. When the item is out of stock, it is automatically removed from your basket.
1.10 Will my purchase be wrapped in a gift package before it is delivered?
If you would like your purchase to be wrapped as a gift, please mention this in the "Gift Note" field. Your purchase will be gift wrapped and a free gift note will be sent to the recipient.

You can check the total amount of your order in your basket on the lower right corner of the screen.
1.12 Can I use my coupon code for all of my order?
You can use your coupon code for all valid orders.
1.13 My order did not go through, but I have been charged for it. What can I do?
